COMMON QUESTIONS PARENTS
ARE ASKING US

Lakewood International Academy offers a complete educational journey from Pre-Foundation Phase (Grades RR–R) to FET Phase (Grades 10–12). Learners progress through the Foundation (Grades 1–3), Intermediate (Grades 4–6), and Senior Phases (Grades 7–9), preparing for future academic and career success through strong literacy, numeracy, and STEM development — including coding, robotics, and hands-on learning.

We follow the South African CAPS curriculum, enhanced with international elements and STEM enrichment. Learners are guided to think critically, apply knowledge creatively, and gain global readiness for higher education.

We maintain small class sizes — typically 15–18 learners per class — to ensure personal attention, close teacher-learner interaction, and effective progress monitoring.

Lakewood blends academic excellence, character development, and real-world learning. Our approach integrates technology, community engagement, moral guidance, and global citizenship — ensuring each learner grows in confidence, responsibility, and skill.
